1. Orders shipped C.O.D. until credit is established, and credit application is on file.
2. All other orders- Net 30 days.
3. No orders will be processed on overdue accounts.

Damages & Shortages: Any Claim for damaged goods, or shortages on an order, must be made to Rocky Mountain Cookware within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Returns: Must be authorized by Rocky Mountain Cookware.
